Bond Online child profiles

What is a child profile?

A child profile contains the details that your child will use to log into their Bond Online account. You will need to create a profile so that your child can access the online tests.

How do I create child profiles?

In your Bond account.

  • Click on My children
  • Click on Create a profile link
  • Enter details for your child/pupil
  • Click Create profile
  • Tell your child their username and password
  • Log out of your account
  • Your child can now click on login
  • They enter their username and password.

Note: these options will only become available once you have purchased a subscription from the shop.

How does my child see the tests?

They go to http://bond11plus.co.uk/, click on login and enter their username and password.

Can I see my child's tests?

Yes.

  • Click on My children
  • Click on View reports against your child's name
  • Select Subject
  • Select Topic
  • Click on Check my answers against a test.

My child has forgotten their username

In your Bond account.

  • Click on My children
  • Click on Edit details in the child's profile
  • You will be able to see the child's username
  • Click Cancel ( you cannot change the username)

My child has forgotten their password

Click on My children and on Edit details.

Enter a new password and click on Change details. Tell your child their new password.

Understanding my child's marks

You will see percentage marks at 3 different levels:

  • Subject Level (e.g. Maths): shows the average of all the tests
  • Named test or topic (e.g. Nets and Cubes): shows the average of the last 3 attempts at a specific test
  • Completed tests: shows the exact mark achieved for each attempt of a test

Best score is the highest mark achieved of all attempts at a specific topic.

Please note: where appropriate the punctuation of an answer may be taken into account when assigning a correct (or incorrect) mark. This can include the use of fullstops, apostrophes, speech marks and decimal places.

My Account

Can I change my password?

  • Click on My Account
  • Click on Change password
  • Enter old password
  • Enter new password (twice)
  • Click Save changes.

Your password has been changed.

Can I change my username?

No, unfortunately you can't change your username. If you wish to check what your username is follow these steps:

  • Click on My Account
  • Your username will be displayed

Why do I have a username?

This is your unique ID for Bond. It will also display against posts in the forum and you can use it to log in.

Can I change my email address?

  • Click on My Account
  • Click on Edit profile
  • Enter email address
  • Click Update profile.

Your email address has been changed. From now on, you can use this email address to log in.

N.B. If it is not a valid email address, forgotten password information and other Bond related confirmation emails will not reach you.

How do I opt out of receiving emails from Bond?

  • Click on My Account
  • Click on Edit profile
  • Tick the box below your address
  • Click Update profile.
